Project Title: New Manager Development Programme

Location: North & North East

Delivery Format: Face to face training workshops and Action Learning Sets

Project Objectives: The ideal programme for newly promoted managers. A very practical approach was put in place to ensure that all tools and techniques could be directly applied to live challenges and situations from the workplace. Taking responsibility, being accountable and taking a pro-active approach were key themes that underpinned the facilitation of the whole programme. In addition to attending the training workshops all delegates were also asked to complete a selection of shadowing activities to give them exposure  to a number of core people management activities.

Programme Duration: 7 to 8 months

Project Title: Exploring Leadership Development Programme

Location: UK wide

Delivery Format: Face to face training workshops with virtual One to one coaching support

Project Objectives: Aimed at Senior Managers looking to make the move to Director Level, this challenging but enlighting programme included a mix of strategic leadership training modules, 360 degree feedback reports, Personality Profiling and One to One Development Support. Delegates were also tasked with completing a Business Improvement Project with their research and findings forming part of the Delegate Presentation Day to conclude the programme.

Programme Duration: 8 to 9 months

Project Title: Middle / Operational Manager Development Programme

Location: South East & London

Delivery Format: A hybrid delivery format for all training workshops with virtual Action Learning Sets

Project Objectives: Due to rapid business growth, Operational Managers with no previous people management training and development support attended this programme to build confidence and learn best practice techniques on the following topics; Setting Clear Performance Goals, Effective Delegation, Creating an Inclusive Team Culture, Personal Effectiveness & Decision Making, Providing Constructive Feedback and On the Job Coaching.

Programme Duration: 5 to 6 months

Project Title: Aspiring Manager Development Programme

Location: London / Birmingham / North West

Delivery Format: Face to face training workshops with virtual Action Learning Sets

Project Objectives: Aspiring Managers applied to attend the programme which was focused on providing foundation level support on a range of personal development and core people management tools and techniques. Skills practice and scenario-based activities were included to ensure delegate could apply the new skills learnt immediately. The main aim of the programme was to prepare candidates to be ‘interview ready’ for when the next people opportunity arose in the business.
